Who we are

One desk for the whole operation

Most carriers end up juggling four vendors: one for insurance, one for permits, one for compliance, and one for tax filings. Every handoff is a chance for something to lapse — and a lapsed filing takes your authority offline.

AJM was built to collapse that. Insurance, FMCSA filings, IRP and 2290 permits, IFTA returns, drug and alcohol consortium enrollment, and claims advocacy all run through the same agency and the same file.

We work primarily with Spanish-speaking carriers across Texas and Florida, and with fleets running interstate authority nationwide. Every department answers in both languages, because insurance language is hard enough in your first one.
