What we file

The paperwork that keeps you legal

Miss one renewal and your authority goes inactive, your plates expire, or a scale house writes you up. We track the deadlines and file them for you.

01

IRP apportioned plates

The International Registration Plan lets one plate cover every jurisdiction you run in, with fees apportioned by miles traveled per state. We handle the initial application, the annual renewal, adding and removing units, and the mileage reporting behind the fee calculation.

02

UCR registration

Unified Carrier Registration is an annual federal fee tiered by fleet size, due before the first of the year. Enforcement checks it at roadside and unregistered carriers get placed out of service. We register you and confirm the record posts.

03

HVUT Form 2290

The Heavy Vehicle Use Tax applies to trucks at 55,000 pounds and up, filed annually with the IRS for the July through June period. You cannot renew plates without the stamped Schedule 1, so we file electronically and get the stamped copy back fast.

04

IFTA license and decals

The International Fuel Tax Agreement license and decals let you buy fuel across member jurisdictions with quarterly reconciliation instead of trip permits. We register you, order decals, and prepare the quarterly returns from your trip and fuel records.

05

MC and USDOT authority

New operating authority: the USDOT number, the MC docket, the BOC-3 process agent designation, and the insurance filings that activate it. We coordinate the whole sequence so nothing sits waiting on a missing piece.

06

Oversize and overweight permits

State-by-state OS/OW permits with approved routing for loads exceeding legal dimensions or weight. Every state runs different rules, escort requirements, and travel windows — we pull the permits and the route together.

07

State trip and fuel permits

Temporary permits for occasional runs into states where you are not registered for IRP or IFTA. Faster and cheaper than adding a jurisdiction you will only enter twice a year.

08

Hazmat and specialty registrations

Hazardous materials registration, intrastate authority, and state-specific programs such as the Texas and New York permits that catch carriers off guard at the first inspection.
